Clinical Billing Unit
After inpatient discharge, the unit reviews discharge summaries and prepares invoices in accordance with the applicable Health Implementation Communiqué and budget rules. Electronic invoices for patients covered by social security are transmitted through MEDULA; referred patients are billed to their institutions.
Outpatient Billing Unit
After outpatient care is completed, the unit prepares accurate invoices under the applicable Health Implementation Communiqué and budget rules. Social-security invoices are transmitted through MEDULA, while referred patients are billed to their institutions.
MEDULA Specialist
The specialist manages MEDULA registration and departure procedures for physicians, branch and sub-branch updates, identity-data updates and medication-report error resolution.
