The maintenance, repair and operation of the hospital, medical school, amphibious blocks, congress and culture center, dental school, experimental animal research center, energy center, heat center, solar power plant, sanitation works of health lodges, Karajigar transplant hospital and oncology hospital are carried out by the Directorate of Technical Services. All the mechanical and electrical work in these health units is done by our existing technicians.
* Air conditioning systems: comprises the central air conditioning plant, cooling groups, vacuum cleaners, cooling towers and the pumps that allow all these systems to work together, VRF units and split air conditioners.
* Cooling Facilities Works: includes dirty water, cold water and hot water plumbing.
* Construction Works: Renovation works, construction of sloping walls and repair of breakdowns, hanging ceilings, paint, faucets, marble, pvc etc.
* Mechanical Workshop Works: Includes bed, chair, chair repairs, welding work, wood door, aluminum cutting and furniture repairs and defects.
* Building Automation System: The hospital controls about 15,000 points that allow the air conditioning system to operate.
* Medical gas systems: includes oxygen system, vacuum system, pressurized air system, nitrogen product systems.
* Heat Plant: The hospital is equipped with steam boilers, degassers and hydrophoric systems.
* Firefighting systems: Includes sprinkle systems in our hospital and local firefighting systems.
The maintenance and operation of all these systems is carried out by 2 existing engineers and 52 technical personnel responsible for mechanical work.
* Medium voltage: It consists of transfers, generators and medium voltage cells.
* Low Voltage: It consists of dynamic UPS systems with lighting, plug systems, static UPS systems and hundreds of low voltage panels.
* Elevators: Turgut Ozal Medical Center, Liver Transplant Hospital and Oncology Hospital are included.
* Fire detection and reporting system: About 10,000 fire detectors and modules are being checked at Turgut Ozal Medical Center, Liver Transplant Hospital and Oncology Hospital.
* Solar Power Plant: It consists of thousands of photovoltaic panels, inverters and transformer systems.
All these electrical systems operate continuously, and the failure, maintenance and operation of these systems are carried out continuously by 2 engineers and 36 electrical technicians.

In our hospital, the electrical department consists of two units: medium-voltage and low-voltage. As a whole, our department has initially taken over the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty of Medicine, Medical Amphibians, the maintenance and operation of the Medical Lodges, including the Turgut Ozal Medical Center. Our department is on call 24/7. With the idea that "Every Unit and Individual Deserves Better" our service is needed, we have developed a system of quality and prompt intervention

A total of 54 air conditioning systems and 95 vacuum cleaners are being serviced for 15 days, monthly and bi-monthly. Preparation of 40 cooling groups and 106 compressors for the summer season, closure at the end of the season and gradual general maintenance of failures during the summer season, general maintenance of 8 tank sized hot water and general maintenance of 5 gear heating systems. In addition , at night and on holidays , medical gas and all kinds of water , etc . It's interfering with defects like this. As of January 2011, all these systems, including sprit air conditioners, cold room warehouses and refrigerators throughout the hospital, are in operation 7/24 hours and operate to ensure that services do not leak.
The Mechanics
Our hospital, the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry and the Experimental Animal Research Unit performs construction, repair, maintenance and repair work on lifts, paints, faucets, sourcing and carpentry faults.

Our mission is to ensure that clean and dirty water faults in our hospital, medical school, hospital, dental school and experimental animal research unit are remedied and the system is maintained in continuous operation.

The fire detection system at our hospital, medical school, experimental animal research laboratory, convention and culture center, dental school and medical school amphibious blocks are also being intercepted according to the situation of computer malfunctions and alarms in the fire automation center. Only the dental faculty and the fire detection system in the amphitheaters are intercepted from their own buildings. There are also 15 local fire extinguishers located inside the hospital. It's in places that matter. These are the automation centers, the A, D, P blocks, the elevator machine rooms, the telephone plant, the command room, the dynamic UPS rooms, the ultrasound room.
