The maintenance, repair and operation of the hospital, medical school, amphibious blocks, congress and culture center, dental school, experimental animal research center, energy center, heat center, solar power plant, sanitation works of health lodges, Karajigar transplant hospital and oncology hospital are carried out by the Directorate of Technical Services. All the mechanical and electrical work in these health units is done by our existing technicians.
* Air conditioning systems: comprises the central air conditioning plant, cooling groups, vacuum cleaners, cooling towers and the pumps that allow all these systems to work together, VRF units and split air conditioners.
* Cooling Facilities Works: includes dirty water, cold water and hot water plumbing.
* Construction Works: Renovation works, construction of sloping walls and repair of breakdowns, hanging ceilings, paint, faucets, marble, pvc etc.
* Mechanical Workshop Works: Includes bed, chair, chair repairs, welding work, wood door, aluminum cutting and furniture repairs and defects.
* Building Automation System: The hospital controls about 15,000 points that allow the air conditioning system to operate.
* Medical gas systems: includes oxygen system, vacuum system, pressurized air system, nitrogen product systems.
* Heat Plant: The hospital is equipped with steam boilers, degassers and hydrophoric systems.
* Firefighting systems: Includes sprinkle systems in our hospital and local firefighting systems.
The maintenance and operation of all these systems is carried out by 2 existing engineers and 52 technical personnel responsible for mechanical work.
* Medium voltage: It consists of transfers, generators and medium voltage cells.
* Low Voltage: It consists of dynamic UPS systems with lighting, plug systems, static UPS systems and hundreds of low voltage panels.
* Elevators: Turgut Ozal Medical Center, Liver Transplant Hospital and Oncology Hospital are included.
* Fire detection and reporting system: About 10,000 fire detectors and modules are being checked at Turgut Ozal Medical Center, Liver Transplant Hospital and Oncology Hospital.
* Solar Power Plant: It consists of thousands of photovoltaic panels, inverters and transformer systems.
All these electrical systems operate continuously, and the failure, maintenance and operation of these systems are carried out continuously by 2 engineers and 36 electrical technicians.
