- Reporting parasitic disease case numbers based on hospital information system queries.
- Preparing monthly outpatient, inpatient, surgical and related statistics.
- Reporting poisoning cases.
- Reporting Group D infectious diseases.
- Reviewing infectious disease records and reporting them to the Provincial Health Directorate.
- Monitoring bed capacity and entering the data into TSIM.
- Entering intensive care data into the Ministry of Health system.
- Preparing briefing reports for the Rectorate’s Corporate Communications Unit.
- Preparing and submitting the directorate’s annual activity report to the Rectorate.
- Preparing the hospital activity report for the Quality Unit.
- Submitting required daily notifications concerning patients under temporary protection.
- Preparing data and forms requested by the Provincial Health Directorate.
- Providing discharge summaries requested by the Public Health Directorate.
- Coordinating requested preparations for state protocol visits with the relevant departments.
- Monitoring the 112 Armakom system and processing required updates.
- Submitting daily influenza and acute flaccid paralysis notifications.
- Reviewing and reporting cancer follow-up forms.
- Reporting meningitis, tissue and cell, and eye-bank data to the relevant health authorities.
- Preparing institutional healthcare indicators and healthcare assessment data.
- Preparing data requested as part of tuberculosis and infectious disease coordination.
- Preparing statistical data requested by academic staff.
- Providing statistical information requested by hospital departments.
