The Antenatal Education Program helps expectant parents prepare for pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period with reliable information and practical guidance.
The program aims to support informed and confident birth decisions. Education covers physiological changes during pregnancy, signs of labor, normal birth, pain-management methods, the role of birth companions, breastfeeding, newborn care and adaptation to parenthood.
Program Goals

- Improve awareness of pregnancy, birth and postpartum warning signs
- Support breastfeeding and early parent–baby interaction
- Help mothers and partners take an active role in care decisions
Training is provided as part of every expectant mother's right to receive adequate information and education before birth.
