Balloons Launched for Yusuf Eymen and Zümra Asmin

The President of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports of the Inonu University organised the event Umut Balons for Yusuf Eymen Balandız and Zümra Asmin Yaman who completed their treatments at the Inon University Child Bone Implantation Center. As part of the event, university staff, students and families gathered in front of the Oncology Building of Inonu University with the slogan 'The sky is brighter for them'.
To the happiness of the families calling for support through social media, the more than 50 student community within the Department of Health Culture and Sports as well as AK Party Malatya MP Imanç Siraç Kara Ölmeztoprak, Inonu University Rector Professor Dr. Nusret Akpolat, Erkan Savar of Battalgazi Kaymakami, Assistant Rector and Professor Dr. Mehmet Sağlam and Professor Dr. Suleyman Nihat Shad, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mehmet Aslan, Surgeon General of the Turgut Ozal Medical Center Associate Professor Dr. Erol Karaaslan, Director of the Center for Child Bone Transplant at the Turgut Ozal Medical Center Professor Dr. Arzu Akyay, Director of Health, Culture and Sports Hakan Tunç, representatives of public, institutions and organizations, academic and administrative personnel, civil society organizations, families and children participated.
Speaking at the event, the Rector of Inonunu University, Professor Dr. Nusret Akpolat pointed out the importance of multiplying goodness, pointing out that social media is not always remembered with its negative aspects, but can also be a powerful tool for goodness. Professor Dr. Akpolat thanked the families of the children who organized through social media, civil society organizations and all stakeholders in the city for their support.
AK Party MP Imanç Sirac Kara Ölmeztoprak, speaking after Rector Akpolat, said that the event turned into a meeting where the strength of kindness, love and solidarity was felt. Deputy Ölmeztoprak congratulated the children who went through a difficult process for their struggles.
Professor Dr. Arzu Akyay thanked everyone who supported the event and wished all children a lasting recovery. After the talks, colorful balloons were launched into the sky to share the children's joy of healing.
