Visitor Guidelines

Visiting hours at our hospital are between 14:00 and 15:00 and 19:00 and 20:00. Please observe the visiting hours.

• Patient visits must be made during visiting hours.
• The visit time should be short (preferably 5-7 minutes).
• There should be no more than two visitors at the head of each patient.
• The patient should not sit in bed.
• It must not be touched anywhere on the patient's head or in a hospital setting.
• The serum set should not be touched or played on the patient's medical equipment, such as an oxygen manometer.
• Visitors who touch anything should wash their hands with soapy water immediately.
• The patient's head should not be spoken out loud.
• No food should be brought to the patient without the permission of the doctor.
• Nothing should be eaten or drunk in the patient's head. 
• Flowers should not be brought to patients receiving bone marrow and organ transplants, cancer treatments.
• During the visit, other patients should not be disturbed, unnecessary and curious questions should not be asked.
• Patient privacy must be respected 
• During the visit, demeaning words and conduct should be avoided.
• Except during visiting hours, unnecessary and persistent requests for visits shall not be made.
• At the end of the visiting hours, you must leave the hospital without waiting for officials to warn you.
