The Tissue Typing Laboratory supports organ and stem-cell transplantation by evaluating donor–recipient compatibility.
Laboratory services include HLA tissue typing, antibody screening, crossmatch testing and other immunogenetic assessments required before and after transplantation. Results are evaluated together with the relevant transplant teams.
Specimens are processed under controlled laboratory procedures, and findings are reported to authorized clinical units to support safe donor selection and patient follow-up.
