Tasks of Quality and Accreditation Unit
1. Develop quality standards in our hospital based on patient and employee safety, patient and employee satisfaction, efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness,
2. to carry out the necessary revision work on existing quality standards;
3. to conduct self-assessments and initiate remedial activities for existing deficiencies, at least once a year, in accordance with the Health Accreditation Standards;
4. to participate as a member of all committees designated under the SAS (Patient Safety Committee, Occupational Safety Committee, Infection Control Committee, Facility Safety Committee and Education Committee, etc.) and to act in the committees to coordinate the work towards Accreditation Standards in Health,
5. Developing guidelines for the implementation of quality standards in health and original methods of implementation;
6. Monitoring the quality indicators on a monthly basis, the Ministry of Health shall process the SYOS programme,
7. Monitoring activities related to the area of responsibility,
8. performing surveys and analyses of patient and employee satisfaction measurement;
9. To organise training in the field of assignment;
10. Ensure the establishment, development and development of the quality measurement and evaluation system in cooperation with the relevant units,
11. Monitoring, analysis, reporting and feedback to relevant units of unit quality data,
12. Performs other duties assigned to management.
